COOKING CLASS

In a local home

Participative workshop at Ghita’s home, a 5-minute walk from the Ecolodge.
Ghita is passionate about cooking and particularly enjoys welcoming guests into her home and sharing her know-how. This will be a hands-on class, with everyone practicing so they can reproduce the recipes at home. At the end, you’ll taste and share the meal with Ghita and her children.

An authentic experience offering Moroccan hospitality in all its splendor.

FULL MENU OPTION

1 starter + 1 main course + 1 dessert + Moroccan tea + mineral water. Meal shared with the family

STARTER :

  • Zaalouk (eggplant caviar with spices)

  • Pizza berbère (pain farci aux oignons, persil, épices…)

MAIN COURSE :

  • Couscous vegetarian or chicken

  • Tajine vegetables, chicken preserved lemons

  • Tajine fresh sardine dumplings and vegetables (Tuesdays and Saturdays)
